In Jingyan County, Leshan, stands a magnificent residence of the Qing Dynasty, known as Leichang’s Former Residence. It is currently the largest and best-preserved Qing Dynasty dwelling in southwestern Sichuan.

　　The Leichang's Former Residence was the home of the Qing Dynasty scholar Lei Chang and his family. The entire structure faces south, exuding grandeur and resembling a castle from a distance.

　　After its restoration, the cultural display area and the living area are thoughtfully arranged throughout the residence, allowing visitors to gain a more intimate understanding of southwestern Sichuan's folk customs. This residence can now be regarded as a folk museum, boasting significant artistic value.

　　The layout of the Leichang's Former Residence is meticulously planned. With a sturdy structure backed by mountains, there is a river runs in front of the Residence. Along the way, we can notice exquisite carvings on the beams, doors, and windows, reflecting the elegant and noble style of a distinguished family.

　　在乐山市井研县，坐落着一座清代民居，这是目前川西南地区规模最大、保存最完整的清代民居——雷氏民居。

　　雷氏民居是清代文官雷畅及其家族的故居。整座建筑坐南向北，气势雄伟，从远处看就像是一座城堡。

　　经过修缮，雷氏家族文化展示区、作坊生活区等错落分布于故居内，参观者可以对川西南的民俗生活有更直观的了解。目前，该民居可以称得上是一座民俗博物馆，具有较高的艺术价值。

　　雷氏民居建筑布局严谨，结构牢固，背山面水。一路走来，能看到故居内木石、横梁、门窗等雕刻工艺精美，彰显出大家族典雅华贵的风采。
